The mechanics do an excellent job of explaining anything that might be an issue. Reception is always friendly and accommodating. The waiting area is always clean, and there's always water and coffee available

Awesome service

Although I found the price expensive the work completed was a professional job. I found out later that the price is common amongst other service areas. Now I have a Midas warranty so we'll be back. We already had brakes completed on our other vehicle and were satisfied with the work done.

The customer care was A+. Dawn is a role model for Customer Service. The experience was very refreshing. Communication was easy, service knowledgeable and thoughtful. I was reminded of the customer service of days long gone, when those working on my vehicle did a great job and also kept me updated as to something that may be coming down the pipeline. I felt like I was a valued customer, and that my vehicle and its operating condition was important as well.
