Had to have a battery replaced. This was done right away. This my choice for my automotive service needs!

Jim ( I believe this was his name) , the technician that assessed my vehicle was very friendly, honest and helped diagnose the issue. I have worked with him before and he is very professional.

I went in at last minute and they still took me in they were fast and efficient.

I go to Hartzel Rd Midas all the time because they do great work and don't try to talk you into unneeded service. Keith is a great friendly manager that I enjoy dealing with. And Dawn is such a pleasant person at the front desk that is a pleasure to talk

The price was reasonable for the oil change, however, I wasn't happy that a service person disconnected the power source to my dash cam and left some oil from his hands on my seat and door panel.

I was able to book my appointment online and received confirmation. When I arrived I was greeted and was offered a coffee while I waited. My car was ready in about 15 minutes and no pressure add on sales or unexplained charges.

The service was excellent. Seemed to be in and out in no time.

fully explained what was req'd with an appt on time and my vehicle was taken in repaired and out with good time.

"I spoke with manager before the shop opened, and he said that they could do any work at Midas, but when the mechanic looked at my car he said that the hvac control unit was under dash and the dash would have to be taken apart and that was something they do"

Front desk staff always friendly and cooperative. Everybody seems to be on the same team and never try to force anything on you. Very professional

Just got new snow tires for my new-to-me van and all went well. I have the benefit of storing tires at Midas which is awesome.

Every time I go to Midas I have a very satisfied experience. They are friendly and provide coffee and water while I wait. I have gone in with other issues and they have resolved them without cost. For example I couldn't open my hood one day and couldn't get my back seat to pull up front. It just took 2 minutes to explain how to do it but it was very helpful. I feel that my truck is always taken care of. That gives me peace of mind. Sue
