The customer care was A+. Dawn is a role model for Customer Service. The experience was very refreshing. Communication was easy, service knowledgeable and thoughtful. I was reminded of the customer service of days long gone, when those working on my vehicle did a great job and also kept me updated as to something that may be coming down the pipeline. I felt like I was a valued customer, and that my vehicle and its operating condition was important as well. I have always been a Midas Muffler fan and am very happy to now know that I can rely on Midas Automotive for my vehicle care.

The service was fast and friendly service that is done right.

I was dropping my car off the day before my scheduled appt as i was unable to bring it in the next morning. The technician had some time and offered to repair my car and it was ready within an hour and a half.

The only place I bring my car for an oil change and tune up! Great service every time!

The people and the service there are fantastic, went in for a loud muffler and it was just a gasket that needed to be replaced, they didn't upsell me on unnecessary things and the job was done within an hour
