The two staff at the counter were courteous friendly and sociable. I had stopped in and had my sons car checked over and the service was fast and the technician that explained the problem was honest and open.

I was in and out quickly. Friendly staff and worked well.

This was not my first time at the Hartzel Midas, for years now its the same people working there and that is part of why I like to go there. If you want to just have your vehicle worked on without the run around of other places this is where you want to go.

From front desk to mechanics everyone was excellent.

Booking online was very easy and an employee called to confirm the time and date. We were taken in right away and the repair was down quickly with no sales pressure

I called at just before 5pm yesterday because there was a noise on my car and my father in law spotted a leak (and we were travelling today.) They welcomed me to come down (joking that the boys wouldn't be happy) and had me out of there and my car healthy
