"I came in for an oil change with tire rotation. Greeted with byDawn with a smile. order was made up and with very little waiting, the vehicle was in the shop being serviced! always a great experience."

The price was reasonable for the oil change, however, I wasn't happy that a service person disconnected the power source to my dash cam and left some oil from his hands on my seat and door panel.

I was able to book my appointment online and received confirmation. When I arrived I was greeted and was offered a coffee while I waited. My car was ready in about 15 minutes and no pressure add on sales or unexplained charges.

Every time I go to Midas I have a very satisfied experience. They are friendly and provide coffee and water while I wait. I have gone in with other issues and they have resolved them without cost. For example I couldn't open my hood one day and couldn't get my back seat to pull up front. It just took 2 minutes to explain how to do it but it was very helpful. I feel that my truck is always taken care of. That gives me peace of mind. Sue

Was called by. And as soon as I came. And I had been there in a bit. I explained my problems with my car and they looked at it right away. Explained what was the issue. Provided me a great quote. And booked my appt to get the work done
