Caring and honest. You don't find that in many shops (if any). True to their prices and VERY accommodating to YOUR needs.

Excellent service, very polite Dawn and front desk co-worker. Explained everything, prior to going ahead with the needed repairs. Even though I decided not to proceed with repairs, as they were too expensive for the age of the vehicle, the gentleman treated me with respect and understanding. He was so patient and polite. I will only have my vehicles serviced at this location. Even though I live in Port Colb orne, I had a bad experience with the Welland Midas, and would prefer to travel to the Hartzel Road location.

I have been coming to the Hartzel Rd location since the early 80's. I have always had EXCELLENT service there when Randy owned it--and now with the new owners that have been there for a while now---the EXCELLENT service continues. I was VERY IMPRESSED by the staff members who explained everything and advised the repair. This location still has some of the original staff from when Randy owned it. Having all of the Shell and Beaver gas stations in the area in the 80's---I always recommended my customers to go to this location if they needed exhaust or other work done on their vehicle--because they would receive good service and honesty in their dealings.
