I’ve always had a good experience at Midas Mapleview Barrie location. Friendly, always willing to accommodate a suitable apt time that works in my schedule. John went the extra mile during bad weather, kept in constant contact to see if I’ll make it from work to pick my car up before closing. Offering to wait for me and when I arrived he had my car started, warming up for me. It was a welcoming surprise and very appreciated.

We need to do a better job of communicating the appointments. It took the entire day to get both vehicles back after a tire change. I thought it was to be one after the other but somehow we did not communicate that as it was kept until 5PM to get the car back?
