they were very thorough and caught on some maintenance my car needed that I wasn't aware of and I appreciated it as my last oil change at another company never looked at my car and they swapped my tires as they were put on backwards. only thing I was annoyed about is I booked an appointment even had it confirmed I showed up and they have no record of my appointment. thankfully they were able to still see me

I experienced an issue with my vehicle after leaving the location but returned to have the staff look at it. They listened to my comments and found the issue and resolved it very quickly to alleviate the concerns I had about the issue. I had the catalytic converter stolen and needed assistance. Midas arranged towing, ordering and installing the part. They arranged for a courtesy car as well. Friendly helpful service that I have come to expect from the staff at this location in Cloverdale.
