Thank you Frank for the great service. Breaks are working well. I appreciate all the work you put in.

Jay explained the issues with my vehicle. There were a couple of critical ones, the bolts on the tire rod were loose from other work performed on my vehicle when I was involved in an accident. He had to do a wheel alignment but gave me documentation to take to the other shop in hopes of reimbrusement. I need a hot oil flush after they discover some sore of "leak". This is not urgent but will be done on the next oil change. Also the tire tread is low and he has given me a quote which looks favorable and I will be strongly considering getting my tires from him as well.

Both services have been a 'no stress' appointment. Very good communication with all, so we are all on the same page, ask of the 5 Why's, and give best options available. They even vacuumed my truck, I was so pleased, I also brought their employees and boss a treat back. The cost is fair, which I have never felt, taken advantage of. Down to earth and good sense of humor too.

I have used this Midas in the past and found it to provide excellent service. Jay is very good in explaining the time frame and cost. He reviewed the past history of the car and we discussed doing a tire rotation. I feel I am being treated in a fair and honest manner when I use the Cloverdale Midas. It is also a 15 minute walk from my house so I don't need anyone to give me a ride to or from.

Was told its was going to take an hour to repair my tire, ended up taking 40mins was very quick and professional. Thank you for a quick and friendly visit
