I would not recommend this Midas shop based on my first experience. brought into the shop by a $79 coupon for a 4 wheel alignment which turned into 88.18 plus tax for dubious reasons. Appointment changed from 10am on the phone to 11am when I got there. Sto

It was my first time at Midas and I was happy with the service I got there. As a woman I always get to be under looked, but I was respected and I valued myself as another customer.

"your manager is total ****! Change my engine oil. I was there on time , but still they are working on some other car. asked me to come after 3 hour. He made a big bill $189.23(Oil was mine). This check that check , Then I start asking about my car problem "

I get nervous easily and the check in person was polite and patient with me also they don't make you feel dumb as if you don't know anything about cars which is a good thing.

They always get my vehicle in as fast as possible. They are fantastic about explaining everything to me! I feel taken advantage of everywhere else I have been but I've never felt that way at Midas. I will and have recommended them to everyone I speak too!

All the employees were super kind and hilarious. Made accommodations that fit with us and nothing more was added without discussing options. Ever diligent even the wacky inflatable arm flailing tube man got a change from the one that was there in the morning. These guys don't play around

The Manager Bobby is great. He is friendly, efficient and his team does great work. I get all my auto servicing completed here.
