They charged me too much for repairs. I didn?t understand most of what the charge was. I was charged so high for diagnosis even though I told them what exactly the issue was which turned out to be so.

The staff at Midas were friendly and answered all my many questions as best as they could. They also did some extra checks on my car that weren?t included in my initial appointment. Would recommend to everyone that needs an engine check or oil change

This is one of the most dishonest mechanic shops I?ve ever been to. Not only did they ruin my car but also the worst customer service you can ever get. Please whatever you do stay away from them.

I went in suspecting that there was an issue with my brakes. I had been to another garage previously that has typically serviced my car and they had said that there was nothing wrong. The Midas team test drove my SUV and said I wasn't imagining the issue

Re my last correspondence which states the mechanics concluded that the wheel bearing youcharged me to replace had not been replaced. Since I have had no response from Midas I will be taking the matter to the Better Business Bureau and Small Claims Court.
