I had just had my front brakes replaced in June. Last week, I had begun experiencing a lot of vibration in the steering wheel when I applied the brakes. I called in, scheduled an appointment for this past Monday. The front desk staff were there early and took my keys right away. I left to get a coffee and received a phone call within a half hour advising that my oil change was overdue and they offered to do it as well, which I accepted. Within 2 hours, I received another call advising that the car was ready to be picked up. When I returned, I was extremely pleased to discover that they had replaced both front sets of pads, and both rotors, free of charge. I have been taking all my vehicles to Scott and his staff for 5 years and this is just one example of the many times my family and I have received excellent service from them. I am happy to have an opportunity to be able to share this with you. Thanks! Richard
