Front desk are without exception courteous and polite. The problem I almost always have with midas at both venues is time to do the service. I tell them that I have to wait for the service to complete as I live far away. I usually have my tires changed and oil serviced at the same time. I have been going to Midas for several years now and only once has this service taken less than 2.5 to 3 hours. I always make an appointment during the week hoping that for once the service would be completed in a reasonable time. Please try to do your service in a timely manner for those of us who cannot drop off the car by trying not to jam in too many people in a day. A guaranteed time of service may also be a tactic to ensure this is resolved.
