The greeting clerk was less than excited to help me with my reservation. The checkout clerk was nice though

When they came to "clean" the room all they did was make the bed and give us clean towels. The sinks and toilet was never touched. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors. Also the people in the room above us we could hear them walking around.
