Michelle and Nadine was kind patiently and friendly when we walked in the store they welcomed us they greeted us and helped and even made it easy for us to build our bracelets

From the moment Bella greeting into the store I felt her Ginuwine concern for my questions, she took the time to service me, Bella didn't make me feel rushed I appreciated her opinion and thoughtfulness as well as her educating me on how to care for my jewelry in the future. Her communication was very effective and she showed lots of patience with me and cleaning of my 28 pieces of charms. Bella's customer service will definitely have me returning to do more business, I'm glad to have Pandora back at the Fox Valley Mall.

The staff was very friendly from the moment we entered. I explained to my salesperson Diana, that it was my first visit to Pandora and I was looking to get my first bracelet with some charms. Diana was very patient with me while I was selecting and very knowledgeable about all the merchandise. I am so happy I started my first bracelet, I love it, and am looking forward to adding to it.
