They have the cutest charms for you bracelets. You can’t just buy one you have to buy several of them while in the store. I went in to buy a birthday gift for someone and bought one for me as well.

the customer service was amazing and we were helped right as we walked into the store. the lady who helped us was telling us requests on what to get for my bracelet such as clips so my charms won’t be flying around

Overall my experience in this Pandora location was wonderful! The girl that was helping me I believe her name is Elizabeth, was super patient and you could tell she loves her job! I will definitely be coming back to this Pandora location (:

Before I walked into the store there was a very nice lady that welcomed us into the store. She asked what we were looking for, and she sent us with an associate right away to help us. The associate than was very helpful in helping us to get what we wanted.

The hostess at the door was very friendly, the store was busy so I had to wait outside for a little time. She talked to me and my husband also gave me a catalog and when it was time for me to enter she showed me where the charms and got me a sals assistant pronto.

The lady that attend us was nice and patient when picking out the ring for my wife. She gave us a variety of options to choose from. Gave us really helpful opinions in choosing our final ring.
