I went on Christmas Eve so it was pretty busy. I waiting about a half hour to forty five minutes in line outside the store so that wasn’t great but it was a holiday so I understand. I was happy to find exactly what I was looking for, even though it was sold out online!

Employee didn’t really give me details of merchandise and if you didn’t ask questions he would bother to assist you with any questions.

There are stoppers which I was interested in, but was told those stoppers only work on bangle bracelets.

Just need more staff people i was waiting for more the 30 min in line

I was not satisfied because I felt rushed. The employee helping me did not take the time to measure my fingers for the correct ring size. Had to ask for assistance instead of being greeted.
