The dissatisfaction was because Pandora online had more offers and discount, but in store there was nothing and no price match with Pandora online. Same product was cheaper onlinešŸ™.

The wait time was a lot and we did not know when they well calls us. We had to wait an 50-1hr for someone to assist us in our purchase.

When I entered I was having my bracelet cleaned. The sales associate was very dull and not super friendly. I felt a little bad for bringing my bracelet in. Then I returned and bought an $85 charm and still she was just dull. She just didnā€™t seem happy to be there.

Once we walked in, my mother and I were looking for charms. One of the sale associates had the tray out and was talking with a customer. I was passing by and stopped to quickly take a glare. She looked at me, and picked up the tray and kept it on her hand until I began to leave. I felt this was an insult to me, potentially social profiling which is unacceptable.

1st Well you canā€™t come into the store unless a employees comes to get you. 2 felt rushed, guess they have better things to do! 3 need to make a quick choice have a coworker come over like are you done yet, expression and body language says a lot! Purchased a ring but wanted to look at charms to but after she got a sale from me it was like no one wanted to bother and you get everyone looking at you like your done you can leave, not a comfortable feeling will never return to your store, love your jewerly but maybe I will try another store or just look online I wanted to get Disney charms for my daughter but I will look other places! Thanks

Covid restriction which isn't anyones fault, I just enjoy walking around the store. I wish there was a better selection of rings.

I was very highly with my Pandora experience. The associate was very knowledgeable about the selections. She was able to help me move very swiftly through my transaction.
