Small store size, product not always available. Waiting outside the store is not very convenient. I also think that there are times sales person can seem rude

Well I ask the sales person to put my charms on a certain way, and she did change them but I guess I should have looked after she changed them to make sure she put them the way I requested. But the thing is I had repeated myself more than once and twice which way I wanted the charms. So it wasn't for me it's a gift so when I opened the box it wasn't the way I requested so now I'm going to make a trip to go back to the store for the charms to be put on the way I originally wanted, and I'm on a time schedule because I'm going out of town and this was not in my itinerary.

Did not have curbside pickup. Highly inconvenient during Covid. Seniors have hard time going into mall.

Erika the girl that helped us was not very nice and it seemed like she was trying to rush us out of the store. I asked her about a necklace because I was interested in purchasing it and she completely dismissed me. She just told me about it. She didn’t offer to show it to me. I purchased 3 rings and more then likely would have purchased a necklace. Sadly you lost a sale on that. Hoping for a better experience next time I go.

I took back a bracelet that i had ordered on line and one of the managers was trying to tell me that it was scratched and I couldn't return it. I had never worn it and felt it was going to be too small. After the manager talked to her office manager she said they would do it this one time. I have never returned anything back to Pandora ever and they made me feel like I was lying and it was embarrassing. I ended up keeping the bracelet because they explained how it should fit. I have three Pandora bracelets all filled with charms and know that they cost quite a bit. This was a very uncomfortable situation and in the future I will probably not shop at this Pandora store even though it has been the main store my husband and I have shopped at.

I loved how I was able to walk in and walk out the store I’m usually the type of person that’s really indecisive about things I buy unless I get someone else’s opinion. Rebekah was a new employee but was so sweet and I didn’t mind that she was new & still learning. Good Luck to her ❤️
