Do to COVID had to wait outside but other than that it was a good experience.

The service was well, but there were limited associates and a lot of people. I had to wait quite a bit to get attended, but still satisfied with overall experience.

the rings and charms we got were beautiful. the merchant was very friendly and very helpful. the line outside was just very long and it felt claustrophobic in there.

I was not in the store long. I knew what I wanted.

I live out of state. The likelihood of me returning is not likely. I was satisfied with the service I received from this store.

The associate wasn't very helpful. I had to basically force her to tell me anything. She was also not very friendly compared to previous interaction with other associates.
