The only issue with this visit was me inquiring about the birthday discount and she wan't certain.

The pricing was too high for what I bought.

Not many options to select from in stores opposed to online. Online shopping has much more to pick and choose from and always have a great sale. I'm done with in store shopping.

The overall store was highly satisfying but by it being my first time in the store and shopping for my girlfriend was frustrating to me because I didn’t know what to get her. But workers was helpful and I enjoyed my first experience

My experience in the past has been exceptional. The friendliness of the sales clerks could have been better. I prefer the clerks to be themselves and more relaxed. It helps when you're spending money to have genuine friendly faces and attitudes.

I was satisfied, I think it is an adjustment having to wait before entering the store.

So this was my first time at Pandora, I was looking at charms for a bangle, so the employee showed me some options so I only picked from what she showed me. I wasn’t aware that there were so many more options. She only showed me 1 of the boxes containing charms, so I only chose from that. I came back the next day and was going to return my bangle/charm/clip because it just looked really basic, but then another employee showed me ALL the charms and I saw so many I liked and instead of returning them, I exchanged the charm and clip. I just felt that I could have avoided going back if I was showed all my options the first time. But over all I LOVE my new charm and clip so I’ll definitely be going back to get more.

It was a good experience overall, I knew what I wanted and didn’t require much help. But the lady who helped me was very helpful.

The sales person was very helpful and polite
