There was exactly one associate working and it took almost a half hour for service and when she finally did come over, no apology for my wait, offer of bottled water or attempted to make it right. She also seemed almost hesitant to help even though I had been standing there thirty minutes which clearly meant I really wanted the item.

Lady and her partner came after me ( I signed in) sales associate never went to sign in board when she was done her previous customer she just started talking to them and waited on them.

I’m excited pandora returned to fox valley but most of the time I hesitate to enter not because I won’t buy items clearly I do but because the staff is not that great at welcoming customers with the exception of one she’s always so excited and help with my purchases friendly and always has suggestions her name is Angela G. Please thank her for me. She’s been great with everyone.

The sales associate charged me the incorrect price on the item I purchased. I had to bring it to her attention. At first she did not believe me; however, she reviewed the receipt and realized I was correct. She was going to charge me $85 for a $70 item. She corrected the purchase to the correct amount and apologized. She said that the piece had incorrect pricing on the tab. Had I not mentioned this, she would not have corrected. Buyer beware and be alert.

The lady seemed like she was in a rush and didn’t engage much with me. I bought a ring and she didn’t offer a box or a bag. She wasn’t mean I just felt like she wanted me out of there fast. I also applied here and never heard back from anyone and even though I had no job experience I feel like I could have provided better service to customers. It’s a shame that they hire people like that when I honestly could offered more.

I walked in and said I didn't want to spend a whole lot. They showed me the $95 and up bracelets 1st. I asked if they had any cheaper. THEN they brought out the $65 ones. After that I asked to see some cheaper charms. They showed me the ones available and again I asked if they had any cheaper and THEN she showed me some sale items. It was my 1st time in a Pandora store and I just felt like they tried to get me to spend more than I wanted to and that's probably the standard. It just feels deceptive and that's why I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I bought a bracelet and 2 charms but only because I had a gift time crunch.

My gift card was not activated that was purchased online. I waited for 30 minutes while they called the pandora office and now i have to wait 48 hours for an email to get my card activated.
