I had a coupon which I couldn’t retrieve the code from survey. I asked the associated and the manager what could I do? It was within my seven days. The manager gave me customer relations (I think that’s the name) to call. Not help I wanted ten off in store not on line. I don’t shop on line

The sales rep was not very friendly. I am a first time buyer and was purchasing a gift for my step daughter in Florida for her birthday. I inquired about any clearance items and she responded snobbish than I inquired about coupons because I over heard another rep talk about the coupons she had in hand and my rep said no coupons. I felt like my sales rep was trying to hurry up with the sake and felt rushed so therefore I shopped in a hurry. I will not return back to this location and will try the Rosemont Pandora store instead for future reference.

I was not satisfied because they had a sign that said two costumes at the time when they had more that 2 costumes I had to wite outside for 10 min then they allowed me in but no other costumer had left i was confused why they had let me in. It was very packed for the space the store had i could not see other products because they were to many people in the store

Xiomara was very rude through out the process, seemed like she had no knowledge of any popular charms and instead kept slamming on the table different trays. she hit the girl next to her with the cabinet twice. worse customer service experienced at pandora. the sir that was greeting was kind and only nice thing about the visit.

The store manager was very unprofessional very much so rude if the assistant manager hadn't stepped in to say hello i wouldn't have stayed this was my first time ever buying Pandora i was so excited for the experience & was let down

Porque en linia avia una promocion de que si comprava uno mas.de 150 dolares nos davan una pulsera gratis. Y no me dieron nada . No deven de aser eso si no la vana dar mejor no pongan nada por que estan engañando a la gente.

My son had bought me a bracelet for my birthday, so it broke. He bought it in October and when I asked the associate if they could repair it she replied with, Im going to make an exception, that answer blew my mind. I believe your policy is 1 year for repair.

I went to do an exchange of a charm I had gotten as a birthday gift. I had to pay out of pocket due to the store not honoring a coupon that was used for the charm.

The associate helping me was not very helpful. She didn’t know much about the product and she wasn’t very friendly. Took too long to help solve my problem.
