There is a promotion running for a free bangle is you spend $150. I spent $350 and didn’t receive my free gift. Was told there are out of them. No compensation whatsoever offered. I was brought into the store under false pretenses.

When there a sale for the bangles I never get a chance to go on time and there always out of them. I brought a couple of items and never had anything on discount or free anything.

the associate names Diana made me have an uneasy feeling when shopping there. It was like she was urged to help me. SHe's not friendly at all, will comeback and return my merchandise

I think it is misleading of your company to advertise a free bangle with purchase and then it to be “out of stock” I spent over $200. I had promised my daughter and she was very disappointed. If the item is out of stock, you should offer rain checks or offer something else, even if it is lower price.

I went in the store with my sister to get a charm for my birthday. The associate did not do a very good job at showing me the charms and it was hard to see which ones there were. She showed no personality so we got a sense that she did not want to help us. I felt rushed getting everything I needed. I also felt bad if I had a question so I kept my questions to a minimum and that should not be the case. I will not be returning to that Pandora.

This is the second time i had an issue. First time was was wasting my 30 minute lunch but this time the issue was exchanging something i don’t think it was fair or polite for Juliana from 0833 Fox Valley to tell me 3 times i can’t exchange something because it clearly says something twice about returns on the receipt I’m sorry I’m not no longer speaking to the person who brought me the charm but why would i wanna keep it the receipt says “items with no receipt will receive a gift card for the lowest price...” she didn’t even say this or bring it up, she just caught saying no unless i had a receipt or gift receipt i don’t no if she’s new but even both my jobs do returns without a receipt. It’s crazy how i had to use the mother of the person i was dating information to look up the exchange.

The sales associate was rude. I had the 10 percent off 100 I was under before tax but over with the tax and I said that I was at my hundred dollars top and with a attitude she said nice try but you have to buy more to get the 10 percent off. Also she was acting annoyed because I kept changing my mind on which time I want she was acting like she was very impatient with me

I told the lady I was there to pick up my bracelet that gotten repair the manager then jumped in stating that the bracelet I previously dropped off to get clean won’t be done until after about 10 min . And then I stated that I’m not there to pick up my bracelet I dropped off in there to pick up my braclet that I had previously dropped off. I had to explain this to them more than 10 times
