Your associate was more Interested in telling the other associated Don’t post that until I see it. When I walked in a had to wait 5 minutes while the two associates where trying to post something. While the associate was assisting me she asked the other associate you didn’t post that yet did you? So I felt I was very rushed with my purchase! However just a FYI I would of purchased more merchandise.

I purchased something for myself, and it was stolen from me within an hour of purchasing. I sought a refund or replacement, but I was assured that Pandora’s warranty does not cover this. I have nothing to show for the money I spent, and I am left dissatisfied.

I was in Aurora, and I stood in a long line with my 60 year old aunt, we had to step outside. They crossed my name off the list and I had to wait all over again. The girl didn't inform me of the sales even after I asked about them. She told me that there were none. She limited me to what I could look at and when I asked if I could run outside to get my credit card from my husband, she told me that I would have to wait in line again. I left messages to do phone orders, no one called me back. I left a message for the manager in Bolingbrook to call me back about my experience in Aurora because I was going to do a phone order through them, the manager never called me back. I went back to Fox Valley. They closed the line 30 minutes early. I asked to speak to the manager, she came to talk to me 5 min before they closed, she told me that I could buy my bracelet, but I needed to hurry because they had to clean up the store. The sales rep was helpful, but I was very rushed by the manager. I bought two bracelets, but I wasn't satisfied with how they looked because I was so rushed. I went back in the next day only to be rushed again. I don't believe I got the full benefit of the sale.

I placed an $1100.00 bracelet on hold only to pick it up and they put it away, the associate told me she would call me before they put it away, it took too much time to put that bracelet together. I came to buy multiple bracelets and the associate showed no remorse.

Alondra was great. she answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable. we learned a lot in regards to the care of the jewelry and were very happy with our purchase. we look forward to coming back to add charms to my daughters bracelet. Thank you
