The salesperson was extremely rude and she was being harsh on the pandora jewelry! What I mean is she was tossing the jewelry onto the glass. Since I'm the one who's going to buy the product obviously I wouldn't "WANT" to buy a piece of jewelry that has scratches on it? Definitely I don't want to sound like a KAREN, but she was being super rude and careless! Thank you for reading, I appreciate it.

Bought online and wanted an exchange for a bigger bracelet. They didn't have in store and would not mail it to me because I bought it with afterpay. Associate was not helpful or friendly at all.

I was dissatisfied and disappointed with my visit because I went in for a return and was not able to return my item due to the item being “worn”. This item was gifted to me on my birthday that was only taken out of the box to be tried on and never worn other than that. Per the sales associate this item was damaged and scratched as if it were worn.

The manager didn't care that the bracelet I purchased was too small. This is my first time shopping with Pandora. All I wanted was to exchange my bracelet. I will never come back to this location or any location if the service is like this!

I was shopping with a friend. We both selected items that we wanted to purchase. I specifically told the associate that we were paying separately. This sales person charged my credit card for both items. I did not catch it until she gave me the receipt and she did not know how to fix it. Finally, I got the manager to come and fix the problem. I was in your store for an hour and I should have been out of your store in fifteen minutes. I will NEVER go back in that store again.

My break was only 30 minutes from footlocker , i spent my whole 30 minute break in line at the fox valley Aurora mall location with on 9 seconds remaining. I understand the whole coronavirus situation but I’ll rather shop at Naperville location because my wait wouldn’t been that long i Believe i only was purchasing a new charm and one clip.
