Sales associate Jocelyn was great. Manager was really rude to associates and customers. Was not welcoming at all and not understanding at all or willing to find a solution.

Hubo varios errores en mi visita 1) su colaborador no encontraba la mercancía que yo buscaba, parecía que no sabía dónde estaban las cosas 2) me cobraron mal 3) cuando llegue a mi casa vi que me echaron la mercancía incorrecta así que tuve que regresar a la tienda para cambiar mi charm.

The sales person was very unfriendly and rude when checking out. I purchased the charm and then immediately spoke with the manager and retuned the item. Would not shop at this store again
