I came in to exchange a ring which was already purchased for a larger size. Previously my husband and I saw a beautiful ring in the showcase on the wall. We would have purchased it except that the showcase no longer featured that particular ring and nobody could seem to find which one it was despite checking their computers. Found another one on a picture on your wall, however was told that one was retired. I suggest that if you retire merchandise you no longer feature it on your wall.

The workers were very nice everyone was being helped they we’re not rushing took time made me feel welcome the person who helped me and my family was amazing and I definitely would be coming back.

Love the product the staff and the environment when you walk into the store.
