I was highly satisfied with the employee that attended me she was very kind her name was Erika and I was also offered bottled water which was a surprise to me but the experience in the store was very satisfactory. I ended up getting something for myself and it felt nice for a change.

Well my mom and I got there and of course we had to sign and we did and we had to wait which was fine as well. So when my name was called the manger from yesterday name is Patty she was amazing very helpful and patient with us she told use everything about the pieces even made some suggestions. In the end I thank her for the help and she wished my mom and I a Merry Christmas. And we said the same back. I hope when I go there again I hope I can get Patty again. Again Patty was amazing. Please let Patty know how much I really appreciated her.

I love going to Pandora! The only thing is sometimes there’s a wait but I understand it’s busy especially around the holidays. The people there remember me sometimes !

Went on a Sunday to purchase a charm to give as a Xmas gift. Store was super busy I assume there was going to be a long wait. To my surprise it was not. I was in and out in just minutes.

The associate was focus on my needs and making sure I was satisfied, Also they offer me water cause I was there for over a hour, ANGELA and DIANA was the best.
