I already had in mind what I was going in for. I had an idea and there was an availability for what I had in mind. It was quick and easy while having my mind made up.

Customer Service was a Plus Jocelyn was very helpful and knowledgeable. When I return I will definitely go back to her for assistance. I ended getting the bracelet with the two charm holders and two charms. I have a few already picked out.

Jocelyn was great. She made it easy to update my info and let me know about the warranty as I was in to replace a item that had broken unexpectedly.
