My sister and I came around closing time and the sales associates were very nice and didn't pressure us! The associate (Patricia I believe) was kind and super helpful, recommending different products that she thought we might like. Overall she had a beautiful personality with us, all the sales associates at the fox valley location do, I've never had a bad experience there!!

I was highly satisfied because when you walk into the store you’re greeted kindly. We got service as soon as we walked in and they made it easy to pick a product. They kept giving us information about all the items so it made it easy to pick !

I lOvEe this location they treat me with respect unlike how I feel at the Joliet location. The selection is perfect they always have what I came to purchase and things I didn't know I wanted until I got there. They provided me with a catalog which was so helpful with creating my list of desired items in the future including Christmas. I had an issue with something that was defective that was lost on my bracelet and they helped me get the correct information to contact whom I need to for assistance. I realllllllly lOvEe this location and recommend this location to everyone including my mom who is a Pandora newbie.
