The service was really good. They were very knowledgeable and helped me throughout the whole process. They were really enjoyable to talk to while also dosing bossiness with them.

Well, I checked the website first for the availability of the items I wanted and this store had all of the ones I wanted and in my size (there is a store closer, but visiting any Pandora store is worth the ride.). I was greeted right at the entrance and it was just me and Andrea (#206024) for the next 20 minutes. I looked over several items chose what I wanted and easily checked out. There are several other items that caught my interest, so I’m glad to know they are available (at least for now). Hope to return soon to finish shopping. My experience today was rewarding and I left the store with a smile on my face!

Roxanna was amazing! I went in for the Virgen de Guadalupe charm and mentioned that I wanted something special for my baby girl that I miscarriage last August 21, 2021. She quickly grabbed a tray and showed me the angel with the star and the heart charm and I was sold! I also got a beautiful bracelet for them, one for my Guadalupe charm, and a bracelet for my daughter that I will be back to Roxanna to purchase my first charm for it after vacation. She was very personable and knowledgeable. As long as she is at the store, I'll continue to shop at that location. I can't wait to surprise my 10-year-old with her first Pandora bracelet. See my daughter suffers from PTSD from DM and I have wanted to get her something that she could share her healing story and always look at her wrist to see how far we both (and her brothers) have come. Something we both can collect to remind ourselves that we are worth it. Thank you, Roxanna! Please keep being you, and thank you again for helping me finally get something to remember my beautiful baby girl Vargas by. Now I feel like my baby is always with me when I look down at my wrist.

I love pandora, I recently got a charm and wasn’t so sure what type of chain I needed to wear it as a necklace. The store associate was super helpful and understood what I was looking for. She was super sweet, and the service was very quick.
