The staff was amazing and very prompt. I showed them a picture of what I was trying to replace and they went straight to the charm and engraved it fast.

There was no line outside and we were attended as soon as an employee was available, they kept track of who was next to be attended we didn’t get cut by people who had entered after us. And we were given information about the products we were looking at. The associates were very knowledgeable on the products.

Patricia was very knowledgeable about all of the products. I am a HUGE pandora fan and she was able to ask me questions about what I was in for and what I needed. I was buying for myself and my mother in love. She also made great recommendations (even though I didn't but everything lol) and I ended up spending over $200! You need more people like her. She really is what the Pandora brand is all about!
