Every time I go into pandora they acknowledge you, the associates always take there time when showing you the product, they always make sure you are satisfied before you leave there store.

Awesome service. Told her what I was looking for and she nailed it with the option of engraving. Loved the idea.

Pandora has very good customer service. Very knowledgeable about information and also very helpful. I was able to get my ring size and bracelet size as well. While picking out a new charm for my mom.

The only concern is not being able to wear the jewelry in water (shower or swimming pool)

Walked in and wasn’t long until I was greeted! Super welcoming hello to check out their collection of charms. I didn’t really know what I wanted but was lucky to run into someone that was knowledgeable and had good recommendations! Would be happy to be back!

Had an absolutely amazing experience. The Sale Associate was knowledgeable, professional & caring to our needs. She was perfect on assisting us with our choices. She followed through in explaining the various choices that were available. Which allowed us to increase our purchases.
