I went into the store looking to buy a new charm bracelet I already do had an idea of which bracelet I wanted and Patricia was able to help me look for it she even showed me other options. I had also mentioned possibly buying another charm and she showed me the ones that I was looking for.

It was not my first time in the store, but my first time shopping for myself with a gift card. I wanted to get a ring and did a little research online before I came in the store to size correctly. The website was very easy and I enjoyed the live chat feature. The overall experience in the store was great. My sales associate was perfect, I could not have asked for anything more! She was friendly, not pushy, offered different price points and options, and she was wearing just about all of the ones I was deciding on (great taste :). She also was super patient with me changing my mind a million times and another associate even offered some advice and recommendations. I loved the selection and versatility of the rings, and they looked much better in person. I have a wish list now and I will definitely be returning and recommending! Thank you!

I have been liking pandora for years and years already and have been buying from pandora for years and i am highly satisfied with all the merchandise I have bought from them and their service.

My daughter purchased a bracelet for me for Christmas. I did not like it. We brought it to the store to exchange it but we were told that we were outside of the 30 day period. The sales associate still allowed us to exchange the bracelet for one that I loved and we bought A LOT of additional charms including one that we designed ourselves on the Ipad. We had so much fun!!!! We ended spending over $400.00 and it was worth every penny! We will be returning in May to buy a bracelet and charms for my daughter for her high school graduation.

My service experience was amazing excellent customer service experience, very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back to purchase some more items.

Firstly, I was highly satisfied from the cleanliness of the store. Secondly, I was satisfied with the assistance from the associate. Lastly, I was satisfied with the selection of product in the store.

I loved how easy it was to walk around the store and check out the merchandise by myself. My assistant was super nice while I was making a purchase.
