i really enjoyed my trip to pandora i found exactly what i was looking for and more. I will definitely be returning. Thats one of my favorite locations

Stephanie was the sweetest towards my mom and I. She was very patient as I tried on rings and guided me to the perfect one. She showed us various ways to wear the rings all while making this experience fun. We purchased a ring and a bracelet. Stephanie allowed my mom to try on the different sizes and we found the perfect size for her. She even gave us water. It's the little things that count. Thank you Stephanie!!!

I had no problem with the store but Pandora was offering a bangle bracelet for those who spent $150 or more. I spent $248 and was offered nothing. Diappointed in Pandora that I was not offered a substitute or % off my purchase. Quality stores give you a raincheck or a substitute to keep & satisfy their customers. My friend and I were highly satisfied at the customer service. The lady helping us gladly took her time to assist us and suggest pieces to us that we might like. We didn’t feel rushed and she seemed happy to help.

The sales assistant was really friendly! The wait wasn’t long and while we were waiting the ladies up front made sure we were doing okay.

As soon as we entered we were greeted and asked if we needed assistance and let us look and after a couple of minutes were assisted and showed us everything we wanted to, Jocelyn was very knowledgeable and friendly. So many great charms to choose from and she was very helpful. Gave me helpful tips on how to take care of it. Very satisfied with my first ever purchase here :)
