Diana was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

I ordered a bracelet online, it arrived in the mail and it was way too small. I went in store to exchange it and I was helped by Roxanna, she was amazing!! I had previously exchanged a bracelet last year because the size was too big for my mom and I was hoping she could pull up what size we had exchanged it too so I can exchange the one I had to that same size. And she pulled it up without a problem!! I was so relieved because I wouldn’t have remembered what size it was. Roxanna was very helpful and took care of me so I didn’t have to wait a long time in line. :)

The customer service was wonderful! The associate took her time to show me a variety of items in different sizes. I was offered water during my experience.

During the wait to go inside, various associates came around, several times, offering water and papers to make a wishlist to make everything faster. Once inside, the associates were super friendly and knowledgeable
