I went in to look for the new Mickey Mouse pumpkin for Halloween. The associates were so nice and helpful. At first they didn’t know if they had it but one lady was nice enough to look in the back inventory and found the charm I was looking for. It was a great purchase

Alonda was the Salesperson and this was the most wonderful experience. She was so friendly and took so much interest in what I needed. She listened to and was very much engaged in my conversation to futher help me to get just what I needed. I appreciate great customer service like this.

I arrived shortly after the store opened so received help right away. The sale person, Nandini, was knowledgeable of Pandors's product line, and when i could not fine what i was looking for, made helpful suggestions for substitute charms. Nandini was not only helpful but pleasant.
