Erika is a ROCKSTAR! My mom lives in Darien, IL and I live in Austin, TX. Erika helped me pick out a bracelet for my mom for Mom's Day. She took pictures and sent it to me via cell phone and helped select additional charms until it came out PERFECT. I paid over the phone and my brother in IL is going to go pick it up. Was bummed I couldn't get it mailed to mom, but Erika's outstanding customer service made up for the inconvenience. Erika went above and beyond and spent time with me to "git 'er done". Thank you so much Erika, I couldn't have done it without you. Mom will be thrilled with her gift.
