Service was excellent..I had one bracelet with charms cleaned,while purchasing charms for a second bracelet.. Leslie was very patient as I looked at many charms. After purchasing serveral charms, that bracelet was also cleaned.

I was highly satisfied due to the speed and the fact that I went in there and came out of the store in 10 min.The sales person was really nice and patient while I choose what I wanted.

The sales associate was so patient with me when deciding what to get my mother for Mother’s Day. There were other customers in the store also shopping and she was very attentive and helpful. The rest of the staff in the Pandor as well. We’re also very helpful and gave great recommendations.

Ellie was very accommodating at the Fox Valley Pandora in Aurora, Illinois. She was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with my mother and I as we were trying to make meaningful purchases while also making sure we get our money's worth.
