This was my first time visiting a Pandora store to make a purchase. I didn’t know what I wanted only that I wanted something Pandora. The service was exceptional!! Haley was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient allowing me to take my time and consider many items. The other staff was pleasant as well offering water and engaging in friendly conversation.

I went in looking for Star Wars charms. Diana was very familiar with the merchandise and let me know. The features of some of the charms that are movable. It’s pretty nice walking in and having some one know their stuff. And she made me feel comfortable while talking to her and letting know what I want. The whole purchase was smooth and pleasant.

I am very happy that Pandora has reopened their store at Fox Valley mall in Aurora, IL. It is conveniently located and the sales associates are knowledgeable and very easy to work with to make my purchase.
