I was highly satisfied because when I walked in I said I needed some new charms and I told the sales associate the charms that I was looking for and the store had all the charms that I want. I was in shock because usually when I go to the Pandora stores they usually have one maybe two of the charms that I wanted but this store had all the charms that I wanted, but I only purchased two charms.

The staff was very nice and gave so many suggestions. They made me feel welcome and showed me a variety of charms. I was with the salesperson Alondra and she was very nice.

Ms Roxanne was very professional and very helpful and very knowledgeable about the product

I highly recommend Pandora Jewelry!. Not complaints at all! I love the quality, and although some of the prices are a little bit pricey, I make the effort to get them... that’s how much I love Pandora!

I went in the store looking for a ring for the first time at Pandora they were all beautiful! The sales person Alondra at the fox valley location was really nice and helpful for my first time. Gave great advice and was clear with instructions on how to keep my ring in good condition!

My sales person was Madison, she was really kind & patient while I was choosing my items, she also was very helpful by showing me more options for my purchase. I purchased 2 rings, great quality & would definitely return to this store again.

This was my second purchase at Pandora, and I was really happy with the availability of the product they had stocked in my size. The store was busy, but the staff was diligent, and moved quickly but not rushed. Really the biggest difference between this Pandora and others was my sales associate Elizabeth M. She was fantastic! Friendly, knowledgeable, and had very similar taste to mine. She was what made the experience great.
