My partner and I walked into the store just looking to browse the charms for her bracelet. She didn’t know exactly what she was looking for, but the associate showed her the different charm themes. We walked out with two new charms and got to see some new ones we’ll keep our eyes on. The associate also showed us all of the engraving charms and prices.

The salesperson: SADE was very pleasant, knowledgeable, & patient. She went out of her wait the help my girls make a decision. In addition, she offered ideas & other accessories to compliment the bracelet selections. Please take some take out to acknowledge her hard work.

Was treated with kindness and friendlyness and pretty fluidly. Right to the point of my help request on my bracelets need of fixing clamp. Very informative and attentive.
