The employees were very nice and attentive, the jewelry that I was looking for was very easy to find not to mention beautifully displayed. The experience was absolutely delightful, as soon as I walked in one of the employees offered me water. I appreciated the fact that the store was not crowded and had low limit of people not only because it's more comfortable to shop but became it makes you feel safer with the pandemic.

The sales associates Andrea and Karen that were helping us were outstanding, both ladies were very knowledgeable of the products and made my wife feel like she was the most important person in the world. They took the time to ask her likes and interests to help understand what products she may be interested in. We went in just for 1 thing and came out with 9 things total all due to the excellent service provided by both ladies. They both are a real asset to your company and brand.

The customer service was great. She helped me make decisions on what to get since she noticed I was lost and was just trying to get something and get out. I do think it’s high and overrated, but it’s the smile that makes it all worth it
