They literally pump different fragrances through the air conditioning it smelled amazing! Everyone was so kind and helpful and the bed was amazing

Beautiful property located in the heart of Coconut Grove. Conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and the Biscayne Bay. The Ritz Carlton has an amazing staff. Always friendly and accommodating. The property is well maintained and has wonderful amenities for even the most discerning traveller. Love the pool area and spa. The only drawback is the construction happening in the vicinity. At times it can be very loud. The front reception is always good about our request for a quiet room.
