I shopped around and big O was in my opinion the best value. The Salesman was great and helpful.

Employees very friendly and a very short wait

Called on phone to make appointment. Jason answered phone with his name. Said no availability for today and offered booking for tomorrow or walk-in . Said he would gladly give me the wait time when I arrived. I came in and he delivered. Also observed him answering phones ,very professional, Offered assistance in a timely manner and offered a sincere individual assistance making each customer feel worthy. Note: I called 5 locations. All were fully committed for appointments same day. Only Jason and, I believe Daniel on Peoria Ave, offered to accommodate walk in.

There were multiple reasons for me to go to Big O Tires. Although I had to go to two different ones they were both helpful and friendly and got me on the road quickly. I would definitely come back if ever back in town.

Jason Tostado was extremely helpful and pleasant executed my service expeditiously and was very informative to the needs and service of my vehicle its people like him that make getting your vehicle service painless

I took my car In because I had 2 nails in my tire. They repaired for free, because I bought the tires there

Over all I would give it a 10. Front desk person was kind and courteous and very helpful and knew what he was talking about. They didn't push you to buy something you didn't want. The rest if the workers that I came in contact with was very polite. I will keep going back to them

Friendly knowledgeable staff who put the customer first. Clearly explaining what will happen and timeframe.

Jason and his team was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about their products and job and they definitely makes you want to spend money with them because of their level of service the techs was awesome and very fast
