Big O Tires

The staff were polite and explained what they were going to do. Did not take advantage of me. Didn't tell me my car needed more work. I'm a very satisfied customer.

I have been going to Big O for 35 years or so. Always enjoyed the people that worked there and how treated me and would go out of the wait to help with what eve r I needed. All my children grew up with Bog O and still use them also for therir tires and services.

Big O didn’t have the tires I was replacing but Jason found me a comparable brand at a decent price. I could’ve gotten the tires I was looking for at a competitor at a cheaper price but I’ve recently relocated and I wanted to start a new autocare relationship and Jason sold me on the service. Trust in my mechanic is important and I felt that with Big O.

Easy. It was very easy. From scheduling the appointment to receiving my vehicle back. EASY

I worked with Curtis and he was great to work with. I called in the morning and he got me right in and ad all the work completed in just a couple of hours. I appreciate how I was taken care of and the friendliness of all the staff

The service rep Jason was amazing. He explained everything and was extremely friendly.

Allen was very helpful and communicating on the specific tires I needed for my vehicle. He explained me the fees before making the payment and I was able choose and remove what I wanted.

It was clearly communicated with me what they were doing, how much it would be, and when it would be done. at no point did i question what was being done to my car.
