Big O Tires

Both me and my daughter brought our trucks in at the same time for emissions and renewal and they took hers right in, had it done so quickly and mine followed. It was the Riverton, UT location, on my invoice the store number says 4248

Our daughters handicap van lost its steering completely and Sean gow at big - o took care of us 100% through the process without us showing up or even seeing his face . Fixed the steering aswell as a handful of other creaks and noises/ hazards that I've noticed over the years . price was specific and work was performed quicker then anywhere else in the valley. Ii asked Sean if he could have the van done within 2 days because my handicap daughter had a sleep study that gas been scheduled for 6 months and she couldn't miss it , he came through! I did however doubt sean( sorry sean) and I ordered a wheel chair accessible taxi to make sure she could get there worry free. (In my defense I had my wife all over my but) Again (sorry sean) Sean and his team delivered there professionalism and I'll not doubt them in the future ! Pumped out alot of work in 2 days , thank you

It was very easy to make an appointment online. I was also able to look through their available inventory of tires and select the one that would be best for my vehicle needs. Excellent store and excellent quality!

The alinement on my truck has been off for a while and it is a difficult alignment to do because of the lift I have and they did a great job getting it straight

Great price and fast service

The website made it easy to compare tires, purchase them, & schedule an appointment. Alan then called prior to verify all information & order the tires that I wanted. On the day of the appointment, I decided to drop my vehicle off the night before. I spoke with Jason & he said that was no problem & they'd have it ready by 2pm on Saturday. My vehicle was ready when promised.
