Cold weather caused a low tire pressure alarm and I found a nail in my tire so I assumed the tire was leaking. Brought it in the guys took care of it , put it in the leak tank to check it out. No leak, just the cold morning. Thanks big O always top notch.

I have used Big O Tires for 43 years

Not only did they fine me a tire because my tires were no longer available but they replace my old tire with a tire that was about 40-50 dollars more than my old tire. The warranty of the tire came into play and it was shown to be a very valuable for me in this situation.

This big O has been the only place we take our cars to get worked on they have worked on this car since we bought it brand new in 2008

I had the opportunity to converse with the owner John, who called me after I canceled my appointment to have 4 new tires put on my old van. He took the time to explain to me, a woman with little knowledge of tires, about plans and gave me a very good deal with an oil change for free. People who work for big companies sometimes forget that a good explanation with a customer can go along way. Honesty can go an even longer way.
