The guys were friendly and explained everything to me so that I could understand. I had made appt online and Anthony made sure to find my previous info so all of my work would be on one account. The guys checked my carfax to see what other work may be needed and advised me. (The car is used but new to us). The work was completely efficiently and I was called immediately upon completion.

This is the second truck that I have had serviced at this location. The associates are always friendly and I am always accommodated with my appointment times. They are very thorough in asking me what services I would like to have done and if I have any concerns. When I pick my truck up, they have always gone over any findings that need my attention. I will continue to return to this location for all my truck's issues.

My family has been Big O Tires customers since 1978. We started out at the one by I-17 and Bell Road and now this one is about 5 minutes from our house. I just won't go anywhere else

Rick is always helpful whenever I come in for maintenance on any of my vehicles. He will take the time to explain each service and importance of getting them done and even prioritize what should be taken care of first. Been coming here for almost 20 years and family comes as well. Called in the morning and Rick was able to get me in for new tires and oil change without an appointment, out in just over 2 hours. Hope the new owners keep the family type vibe with techs and service. I like the upgrades done to the waiting area and restroom.
